updating for the masses

8/6/5 Brens wedding was interesting, the groom didnt know how to tie a tie.....because he had NEVER worn one. he was relatively nice though i still dont trust him and after the bill for the lawyer came in(which Breeda is paying) to try and get him residency I distrust him even more. The drive to & from peachland was long and hot neither of us enjoyed it and im sure I managed to get sunstroke. Our motel was clean at least although quite a distance from the wedding. I went to support Brenda for that I'm glad she has a few freinds who are not supporting her choice in Nayo nor in her marriage i feel bad for her in that regard.

8/13/5 Beatriz's wedding was the following weekend, it was very personalized as they sang their vows to each other, the bride wore orange, the brides daughter wore white and the brides son who was fully againt the wedding stood up and made some lovely comments. Shawn chose to leave early for his holiday so I took Trisha as my date. She enjoyed herself apparently, managed to get rather tipsy and beg me to take her to the Lotus after we could no longer stand the bad dance music at the yacht club reception. The lotus was a good choice. we showed up in our finery, heels little black dress sexy accentuating jewellery, I grabbed an amazing mans attention and kept it for the night even after I informed him I was engaged and unable to get to know him any better than a few kisses (no tongue, I was being a good girl ;0 ) and some salsa'ing. He had an auusie accent a broad chest and some very sexy cologne on. Temptation was the word of the night.

I spent the next few days entertaining trisha who stayed with me while Shawn was away. It was easy we have lived together in the past so we fell into old routines, although I did come to realize I am a control freak when it comes to my kitchen.

8/17/5 On wednesday i had flowers delivered to my work from Shawn which made me light up like a xmas tree. The phone call later that night telling me he was coming home early, like the next day, upped the wattage considerably.

8/20/5 I went on a date with J on saturday to Van Dusen gardens I was dressed as a proper lady, sun hat and all, we managed a small wax scene in the middle of the gardens while people walked by, Im hoping they just thought she was doing some weird romantic gesture. I spent the night eating gelato with Shawn from La casa italian gelato.

The last few days have been tough though I dont know what brought it on but I've been dealing with a great deal of anxiety, ive bruised my hand from hitting my car door out of frustration and i feel like i cant get the words and tears out that i need to release.

We leave on holidays sep 2 we will return sep 10 this is something i desperately need and i can feel my stress getting worse and worse as it getscloser. I have this irrational fear we wont be able to go for some reason. I just need to get away from it all for a while.........
